Day 1

Collection from Glasgow Airport or Edinburgh Airport making our way to Stirling Castle, Wallace's Monument, Bannockburn Heritage Centre, before making our way to our hotel for our evening meal.

Day 2

After breakfast we make our way to the Historical town of St Andrew's, first stopping at Falkland Palace, made famous by Mary Queen of Scots as one of her hiding places from the dreaded English. We then carry on to the home of Golf and perhaps some retail therapy. We can come back to the hotel via the Forth Railway bridge in time for dinner at our hotel.

Day 3

Today, we head for Argyll which is part of the famous National Park and then on to Loch Lomond Shores and from there we travel to the village of Luss(sometimes called the village of darkness) to view the 'Bonnie Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond' and also see the Viking dominance in that area around the year 1200. From there we carry on to the village of Arrochar and Loch Long before travelling on the road called 'The Rest and Be Thankful' to take in the wonderful scenery of the glens and Argyll Mountains. We then carry on to Loch Fyne, world famous for its oysters and this will be a chance to taste some of them, if you so wish. After this we then carry on further, to the town of Dunoon for your three night stay at our next hotel in time for dinner.

Day 4

After breakfast, we take a visit to the fishing town of Oban and visit the Oban Distillery to find out all the secrets of making whiskey. If you like to eat fish, then Oban is the place to be as it will be where we have lunch today. We make our way back to Dunoon via Kilmartin Glen and the famous Standing Stones, returning to the hotel in time for our evening meal.

Day 5

The pace starts to hot up today as after breakfast, we make our way to Benmore Botanical Gardens and then Inverary to visit the castle which was the Headquarters of Clan Campbell and the residence of the Duke and Duchess of Argyll. Whilst we are in Inverary, we can also visit the Inverary Jail which shows you how prisoners were tried and jailed many years ago. As the day draws to an end, we make our way back via the scenic route to our hotel in time for this evening's meal.

Day 6

After breakfast we make our way to Edinburgh Castle with a visit to Rosslyn Chapel, which has been made famous by Dan Brown's book called 'The Da Vinci Code'. We can then return to the Royal Mile and Princess street, where you can explore on your own and do plenty of shopping and walking. The other suggestion is for you to use the city's hop on hop off buses whic are an excellent and probably best way to see Edinburgh. After today's activities, we make our way to the next hotel for our last night's dining.

Day 7

After a hearty breakfast, the hotel can provide transport to the Airport of your choice.

Please note that the Glasgow and Edinburgh Hotels which we prefer to use can provide transport to your choice of airport.

Please also note that all of our accomodation is rated at 3 stars and above and include Dinner, Bed and Full Scottish Breakfast every day.

You will be taken on your Tour of Bonnie Scotland by your Driver/Tour Guide in a luxury People Carrier.

On your tour of Scotland you may experience some Scottish Food.
