Taste Scottish Food and Drink
Our meticulous attention to detail on your tour includes the food and drink on offer to you each day, to ensure that you taste the best that Scotland has to offer.
A wonderful natural larder
Scotland has a wonderful natural larder, from the land and sea. With close associations with landscape, a clean environment, fantastic producers and products, Scotland can rightly claim to be one of the world's great lands of food and drink. Wherever we take you, you will find beautifully prepared food from fresh ingredients, by people with a flair for getting the best from Scottish produce.
Local speciality produce
At each new overnight stop, dinner will be a highlight. On the menu you are likely to find locally caught and produced seafood, venison, beef and lamb with Scottish classics such as smoked salmon and haggis. Scottish cheeses and oatcakes and a choice of malts often feature at the end of many delightful dinners.
Breakfast is also an important start to the day, with the traditional full Scottish fried breakfast usually on offer but often porridge and kippers too. However, Scotland is now very influenced by the best global food trends and a fusion of traditional and modern provides a wide choice of menu.
