Scottish Cooking, Dressed Crab

On your tour of scotland you might find some very good examples of this great Scottish Food! 1x 340g/12oz cooked crab 1. Remove and separate the brown and white crabmeat from the shell, alternatively use a prepared crab. Reserve the shell. 2. Mix the chopped walnuts with the brown crab meat. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Mix together the dressing ingredients and use 1 tbsp of the herb dressing to moisten the white crab meat. 4. Serve remainder with salad. 5. Arrange brown and white meat alternately in the shell. 6. Serve with salad. |
