To : Best Scottish Tours. I was part of the tour that Jamie McCullen was responsible for on the 9th to the 18th of September and I wanted you to know what a fine job he did for us. From the moment he appeared in a business suit with tie, he exhaled class, Competence and caring. Jamie took his job seriously but was also a delight with his light hearted nature and enthusiasm. He wanted to be sure that our trip was relaxed, enjoyable and that all we had wished it to be. It certainly was and more so thanks to him.

My dreams are still haunted of long Scottish nights, breathtaking beauty, warm and compassionate people and a wee bit of scotch and a smoke with my own personal knight, Arthur, after dinner each night.  Dear George,Well we've come a long way from our first e-mail. We really wanted to thank you for being such a great host on our first trip to this great place, Scotland. We appreciate your wonderful hospitality and you are really proud of your country. The trip was more than we imagined. Thank you for your professionalism and thoughtfulness to a couple of "Canucks"! Hopefully you'll think of Dan "pontificating" about our wonderful experience there. Your choice of accommodation was superb, we were treated with such respect and warmth, we will never forget it. | Hello George, Just to let you know that we arrived back in the states last night. Thank you very much for arranging a most wonderful 7 day tour, we saw so many wonderful sites and have grown to appreciate and love the lands of Marcia's ancestors and clan as well as all the people of Scotland. It was indeed a highlight of our month long 1st trip to Europe. So let me brag about our Guide, Arthur Munn, what a great Guy! (Even thou he's an ex copper :)) in the days we were with him he has become a great friend with a wealth of knowledge of local history. He really took great care of us and his sense of humor matched mine to a tee( even thou I believe mine was a little more "cornier" than his) his extra efforts to make us comfortable went far beyond expectations. Now I am going to praise the hospitality of Donald & Fraser of the Dhailling Lodge, what a wonderful place, one is missing something if they have not stayed there. They truly went to extreme lengths to make our stay the most enjoyable of our tour of Europe, they have so much class that one feels like royalty.  Eduardo Godoy familyDear George We want to thank you again for making our short stay in your beautiful country such a fantastic experience. You are a true Scottish gentleman that made our trip a truly rewarding family experience for us. As part of our summer vacation this year, prior to visiting Scotland, we had spent twelve days on the Royal Caribbean, Jewels of the Sea, in spectacular cruise to Northern Europe Baltic Sea, UK, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Russia ( St Petersburg & Moscow ) and Estonia. It was a wonderful Cruise, beautiful ship, great food, great ports. However, at the end of our trip I asked my family what was their favorite portion of the vacation and it was unanimous, Scotland. Our only regret was not spending more time in Scotland. Again, thank you for such a wonderful time. The Beaton Girls go to Scotland (2003) : Wow. There are not enough words to describe the beauty and expanse of Scotland's culture and geography. Mary Ann, Charlotte & Diana took a whirlwind tour in July of 2003 with our newest adopted family member - George. (Sorry George < grin >). Thanks, Gordon, for a fantastic trip! I'm finally over my jet lag and am sorting through all my goodies from the trip. The whole gang is getting together for the October fest near here so you can be sure we will be rehashing the tour (over and over and over and over!) again.
