Tour Itinerary 2
Please note, due to the variable weather conditions in scotland the itinerary may be adjusted to suit. Below is an example of a 7 day tour.
Tour Scotland itinerary
Day 1- 2nd August
Your Tour Scotland vacation starts when the guide/driver collects you from your hotel after breakfast taking you into Edinburgh where you can visit the Royal Mile for some shopping and Princess Street Gardens. Followed by a visit to the Spirit of the Tattoo Visitors Centre. After you have had a look around the heritage center we head back to our hotel in time for a short rest and evening meal before going to the tattoo.
Day 2- 3rd August
After breakfast travel to Argyll, visit Loch Lomond, Luss, Loch Long, Loch Fyne, Rest & be Thankful and into the town of Dunoon. We then make our way to our chosen hotel for Dinner, Bed and Full Scottish Breakfast.

Day 3- 4th August
After breakfast travel to Inverary Castle, headquarters of Clan Campbell and home of The Duke & Duchess of Argyll (2 hour visit) and from there travel to the Town of Oban for lunch and then come back the way of the ancient standing stones of Kilmartin and Kilmartin Glen. Return to our chosen hotel in time for the evening meal
Day 4- 5th August
After a hearty breakfast we head for the Isle of Skye via Crainlarach, stopping along the way at Glencoe visitor centre, Spean Bridge, Fort Augustus, Loch Ness , Eilean Donan Castle, then we head for the Kyle of Lochalsh and across the bridge to the Isle of Skye and our chosen hotel in time for dinner.
Day 5- 6th August
After breakfast we will do a full tour of the island, visiting Armadale castle & Gardens Broadford, Portree, Uig, Dunvegan Castle and view the splendid Cuillins. We will then return to our chosen hotel in time for the evening meal.
Day 6- 7th August
After breakfast we head south to Pitlochry, which wins the 'Town In Bloom' every year and we shall also visit the smallest distillery in Scotland, which probably has the finest single malt in Scotland. We continue south to the town of Stirling (Braveheart Country) where we will stay at our chosen hotel for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast.
Day 7- 8th August
After breakfast we visit the historical Stirling Castle, and from there we go to visit Wallace's Monument which commemorates Scotland's greatest national hero, Sir William Wallace who defeated the English at the Battle of Stirling bridge in the year 1297. We then make our way to the Bannockburn Heritage Centre to learn more of Scottish history before heading to Edinburgh for our hotel for dinner.
Day 8- 9th August
After Breakfast our Driver will return you to Edinburgh International Airport for you flight home.
