Day 1

Stirling Castle & Perthshire

Moving on, we travel north and visit the quaint highland village of Dunkeld on the banks of the river Tay before making our way to the Victorian town of Pitlochry in Highland Perthshire. Overnight Pitlochry.

When we are ready, we’ll head south along iconic Loch Ness with fabulous scenery and picturesque villages along the way. After an enjoyable lunch and look around the village of Fort Augustus, we make our way back and stop at the whisky distillery for a taste and tour. Overnight nr Inverness.

Overnight nr Skye.

Day 5

Isle of Skye

Day 5 Today is a wonderful tour of the Isle of Skye, passing through Broadford and the Cuillin Mountains to the main settlement on the Island, Portree, with colourful houses and traditional harbour. Later, we explore the north of the island and admire the scenery and views at the Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock Falls, Lealt Falls and the strange landscape of the Quiraing. Overnight nr Skye

Day 6

Eilean Donan Castle & Jacobite Steam Train

Day 6 This morning we visit Eilean Donan Castle dating from the 13th century before we take the ferry over to the mainland.
