Minimum number of participants

The minimum number of clients for our group tours to go ahead is 2 (unless exclusive tour package agreed).  In the event of us having to cancel through insufficient numbers, we will let you know at least 4 weeks in advance and will offer you an alternative tour.  If the alternative does not suit you, we will return in full all money paid.  There is no minimum number for an exclusive tour itinerary.  Our standard tour is a maximum of 8 clients to a vehicle in order to keep the tour personal, however we can provide tours of a larger number if required by increasing the number of vehicles and providing additional drivers/guides.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to alter routes due to the variable weather conditions that can be experienced in Scotland and travel warnings of imminent danger.  All itineraries sent to clients prior to the tour commencing will be proposed and will remain the property of the Company until such times as the final balance is paid in full.  Hotel details will not be given until the full final balance is paid. Any booking date changes or significant itinerary changes shall incur a minimum admin fee of £25.

The accommodation provided is 3* and the rooms allocated are standard quality (unles you have asked for a specific accommodation/room grade).  Star ratings are based on Tripadvisor as well as VisitScotland hotel ratings. For the most part we utilise smaller, family run hotels in older buildings - this will mean that rooms sizes and configurations can vary within one accommodation, if booking as a group your room size and outlook can vary. Accommodations in rural Scotland do not have elevators as standard and few have concierge and room service. If you require a different style of accommodation you must notif us prior to making a deposit.
