"I'm Jennifer, more commonly known as Jen, and I've been helping guests create their perfect Scottish adventures for over 18 years. This really is a passion for me and I get great satisfaction hearing how our guests had the best time on their tour. When I'm not liaising with guests, suppliers and organising all the little details that go into one of our tours, I like to unwind with a scenic walk with Bruno, our family dog. Some of my most cherished trips in Scotland have been to the Isle of Harris and also Orkney in the far north, but my absolute favourite place is Aviemore at Christmas time - so special! We have an amazing team here, and we look forward to being part of your Scottish vacation".
Born in the Highlands and at an early age, Jennifer emigrated with her parents to South Africa for quite a few years, before returning to Scotland where she has now settled with her own family. Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and life experience gained from a successful career in customer service and client relations.
Hi! I’m Kirsty, newest member of the Best Scottish Tours office team.
I left school with goals of traveling the world and becoming an air steward, however after a year at college pursing a course on Travel & Tourism life threw me an 8lb cute baby boy curve ball so goals where changed. I have had a varied career from working as an administrative assistant in a bakery to a supervisor at a builders' merchant, and finally coming full circle, as a tour coordinator at BST. Now I get to help others make their holiday dreams come true.
When I'm not organising tours or stirring up trouble in the office, you can usually find me cuddled up with my dog Daisy with my nose deep in a book.
"Hi, I'm Leah. I absolutely LOVE Scotland - it's so good for the soul! My favourite place to visit is the Isle of Skye and I cannot wait to go there again. The relaxed and fun environment that I work in is brilliant. It's lovely to feel like I’m part of a family run business that really cares about their guests, going to great lengths to share their love of Scotland and its beauty.
When I'm not arranging tours and working with guests, I love to get out and about with my dog, exploring the forests and beaches on the West Coast."
Originally from Hampshire, Leah comes from a long and successful background in customer account management and is now an integral part of the Best Scottish Tours booking team.
